Acceptance of terms

By using HireIP, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Permitted use

No content that is illegal, fraudulent, spam, or discriminatory. No unauthorised access attempts, data scraping, or reverse-engineering.

Payment and plans

Service fees are paid in advance and non-refundable, except where the service is unavailable due to a HireIP fault. Plans may change with 30 days notice.

Intellectual property

Content you upload (CVs, JDs) is yours. HireIP has the right to use it to provide the service. The HireIP logo, code, and design are HireIP property.

Limitation of liability

HireIP is not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid HireIP in the past 12 months.
